Really ridiculous cold air intake idea.

I was thinking of purchasing another a/c evaporator, building an air box around it underneath the stock airbox top and running it split off the factory a/c system for a true cai. Just throwin it out there to see if anyone else had opinions on it. I'm not too familiar with a/c systems but seeing as to how my 91 ex doesnt have a/c on it at the moment (no evaporator condensor pump accumulator or anything) I figured that it wouldnt hurt to put it back together and then get it refilled by a pro. What do yall think?? Will it work or no??

The compressor will rob any additional power that it will give you. It will also use a lot more gas.

how much power does the compressor actually use?? I was reading an article on a supercharged 5.4L engine (really bad comparison) using air/water intercooler that picked up an additional 35hp from running ice water through the intercooler. Kinda the same idea different application.
