My rear antilock light started coming on recently. About a min after I start my truck it comes on. My brake fluid is OK and the brakes work great except every once in a while they will shudder and have a hard feelingto them. Any thoughts? What is the light supposed to signify?

Also, a few months ago the little piece and the brake hose on the rear diff broke (from my exhaust not being put on properly, but they fixed it)
