Rear Bearing Replacement

I have noise with my rear bearings on my Sport Trac. Does anybody have any exeperiece replacing the rear bearings on a 2007 Sport Trac? I was told I have to remove the spindle nut, and then use a slide hammer to pull the bearing hub assembly from the socket, Then the bearing has to be removed from the hub. Is this true? PLease help.

The rear knuckle has to be removed and the bearing pressed out and a new one pressed in. PM sent.
