Rear Diff Components?

If I regear and put in an Auburn ECTED Locker would that pretty much replace all of the differential components. Or is there anything else in there that I would need to replace. My truck has 126,000 miles on it and it is time for an overhaul or just plain replacement parts. i can feel it.

A locker is a whole new carrier. An open carrier consist of carrier housing, spider gears, and pin. You should replace all the bearings!

No I don't know how to set up a ring and pinion. After determining what I should do i was going to ask for some help. So I just need some help on what I should get, and to do it all.

Ford Quoted me 800 to 1000 for a differential overhaul depending on what I needed.
