Both my rear windows on my 02 xlt do not work. The mechanical arm for both has broken on both of them. Does anyone know the easiest way to replace them or roughly how much it will cost (parts/labor) to have a mechanic to do it?

The proper name of the part you're thinking of is the window regulator. I'd try to pick up a couple used ones from a salvage yard, as new ones can be quite expensive. Check at www.car-part.com for a yard in your area that would have the parts. Any comptent repair shop can do these with little trouble. I can't see it taking more than an hour per side, so base that on your shop's hourly rate, and you can get a rough idea.
If you don't have a shop that you use already, ask at the salvage yard if they could recommend one when you go to get the parts. Otherwise, a quick phone call to a local NAPA or Carquest store can most the time get you a referral to an honest shop. Parts stores like this tend to cater to the professional, rather than the DIYer, so they have a pretty good relationship with many competent repair shops.

Edit: There's an eBay store "powerwindowrepair" that sells new OEM and aftermarket power window parts. A friend of mine deals with them, and they've always been great.
