ok, well I bought the '97 that I was looking at. I know I am going to have some maint things to work through before I can do anymods or anything. First thing that I am comming across is that the rear door on the drivers side will not open right. I have seen this mentioned a few times on '97's on this post

about what year is your explorer and how many miles. Mine seems to lock ok with the button, but will not unlock all the way...either with the button or pulling up on the lock inside. Any ideas on how to fix this prob? seems most might just be livign with it. Thanks
