rear end question

I dont know if this is the right place? But I was thinking does a 4wd X have a limited slip if so if i took one out and put in my 2wd would it fit or would i have to do a bunch of work?

4wd were equiped with open and limited slip. Your best bet is to find a complete rear end that has a limited slip and swap them out.

yeah that's what i ment was talking about finding a hole complete one and doing a swap but my other question is will it swap right in or no?

Any 1995-2001 rear end will be a direct swap be it 2wd or 4wd.
