Rear hatch not opening

2000 explorer rear hatch is not opening with the handle i have to open the rear glass reach in and pull on the lock bars under the hatch panel i replace the locks and handle and it still won't unlock can so tell whats going on with that. Thanks

There's a little plastic yellow clip that attaches the linkage you're pulling on to the actual handle. The clip is probably worn out and pulled out of the handle, or the plastic threads in the clip stripped. I don't know why Ford would use a weak plastic clip for that, it's a horrible design in my opinion and I've had to replace it several times.

I replace all of the clips and the handle

Welcome. Make sure it is adjusted properly. I had a problem were the hatch glass on our 99 Sport would not open when pushing the button on the rear hatch & I had to adjust the linkage to get it to work.
