Well I kind of got lost on your question. Explorers are Spring Under Axle (SUA) stock. To achieve Spring Over Axle (SOA), which is about 5 - 6", then all you need are new spring perches that will need to be welded on top of the axle tube. Unless of course you get the Superlift bolt on style perches.

where is a good place to buy the superlift 5.5 lift and new spring perches

anywhere... the spring perches are like $15-30 depending where you get them

now if you are getting the 5.5" superlift kit, it comes with the brackets.... superlift has there own piggyback brackets and you wont need to get spring perches

is superlift the company that makes the spring pearch that has the shock mount built in?

if so, is there any other companies which do this?

what is a good price on the 5.5" superlift so that way i dont get ripped off

Creager, yes those are Superlifts.

Burns, not many people still stock that lift. Best bet is to call some companies to see if they have it, look on ebay, or try to find one somebody is selling on here. I think www.rockymountainsusp.com still has them in stock.

Here's the kit at rocky mountain.

thanks but should i use the standard or supperrunner

and what is the difference

Are you going to actually wheel it or will it be street driven? The superunner comes with an all new steering setup, and extended radius arms, which will make it perform better off road.

Then the superrunner would be a nice investment, but not necessary.

well thanks for all your help ill hope to have that in few weeks
plus a body lift
