Rear lights don't come on

Need some help. I have an Explorer sport trac and the rear lights do not come on. I have checked the fuses, bulbs and even changed the light switch, they still are not workin. Ideas anyone?

Check the wires coming off of the brake light switch for a possible broke or frayed wire.
