Fog lights don't come on with parking lights??

I know this is a old thread, but decided to do a little reading this morning so I'm going through old threads.

This issue really depends on the state laws. In some states it's illegal for the fog/driving lights to come on with anything but the low beams. With my headlight/fog light bulb combo, my lows are brighter then the highs anyway.
