Rear molding is rubbing\scratching body.

I have a 2006 Explorer XLT with the Eddie Bauer type molding. The molding on the rear passenger doors rubs against the body when closed. It's under warranty but the dealer tells me it's making no contact. It very clear as the scratches are horizontal patterns and in fact coincide with where a piece of paper will get stuck when the door is closed. Ford will not give me specs as I asked for clearance info between the molding and the body.

Does anyone else have this problem??? Can I submit photos on this site to further clarify?
