I just realized I posted a tire question in the wrong section, but I do have a suspension question... Do the rearends on the '99 explorers look like they sag or is it my imagination? One other qick quest....if the shocks are bottomed out from a really large bump at a decent speed should I be concerned?? I have not noticed a difference in performance..

Yeah the sag is a common problem. Do a search for the Add-a-leaf kits and you should find a lot of information. To answer your other question, no I don't believe you should be concerned about bottoming out your shocks. I can bottom mine out everyday at school if I'm not careful.

also you could put on larger shackles to fix the problem. WAR153 is what ys search for and you'll get what ya need.
