Rear seat compatability

Ok, before everyone gets onto me about how I should have searched, please know that I did... and I think I understood, but want to make sure before I drop any dime.

I need to replace my front seats and found someone selling a set out of a 2001 explorer (i have a 2001 ST). I know those seats should be a simple swap. However, I am still a little confused as to whether the rear seats are the same... since I want the seats to match. Will the rear seat from an '01 explorer bolt right into a ST?

I can't say absolutely for sure, but I think they will. They sure look the same, aside from the upholstery. You might have to use the mounts from the ST.
