Rear Seat Controls with Aftermarket

Ok guys....I know this may be just flat out impossible but I couldn't find and relevant searches so I have to ask....Is there any way that I can hook up my stock rear audio controls to my aftermarket Pioneer head unit?? Could I run new wires or something? What do you think? Thanks

The big question is Why? other than that anything is possible just takes $$$$$ and time.

maybe adding a universal steering wheel contol interface to it and your pioneer must be IR remote
