unbolt the bolts on the floor below the seat. then lift the flap's that side down whenh the seats are lowerd. there are bolts on each side of the seats. remove those and pull the seat out.

possibly..i had mine out a year ago..so i may have forgotton. i'll take another look today.

There are little carpet flaps in each corner. Feel around, they pull up. Then the whole seat kinda hooks in the center (unbolt everything first then you'll see what I mean) You have to twist the seat up to unhook.
