Rear Shock Top Bolts

My top bolts on the shocks are rusted to hell. They don't seam to move.

Any ideas how to get these off. There's not that much room up there. And I started on the passenger side. The drivers side looks even worse as far as access goes.

Oh...I'm trying to replace the rear shocks...obviously.
 






if you remove the carpet in the cargo area there are 2 oval rubber plugs. Kinda near where the jack rod is. If you remove these plugs you will see the top nuts for the rear shocks. You may be able to get a little bit more wrench on them from there.
 






Soak them with PBBlaster for a day. It will make a big difference. Much better than WD40.
