Hey guys, I have a '94 2 door sport and one of my rear speakers crapped out on me. I know what I'm doing when it comes to audio/electrical stuff so thats not my problem. My question is how the heck do I get to the rear speaker in order to replace it? It looks like you have to remove that huge plastic trim piece. (the one that goes around the windows and all the way back into the trunk, sorry its kind of hard to explain. The people with the 2-door explorers should be able to figure out what I'm talking about). So, if anyone could help me out with how I go about replacing these speakers I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys!

If someone can help me out quickly I'd greatly apprieciate it. I finally have time to do it this weekend but I won't attempt it unless I know what I am doing. I have a Haynes Manual and it tells me how to remove the door trim pieces on a 4 door, but not the rear/cargo area on the 2 door sport model.

Thanks guys

The speaker grille pops out. If you use a screwdriver and push it up or down, you'll see the "lip" that holds it in the panel. Just push on the lip and it'll come right out. Good luck

Alright, I'll give that a try. I wasn't sure how to go about getting to the speakers. Like I said my manual doesn't go into detail with the rear speakers, only the fronts. Thanks alot!!
