Rear Speakers Not Working!!!! Help!!!

I pulled out my center console so I can clean it and do some mods on it. I noticed now that my back speakers don't work. I have the console with the radio controls in the rear. I am guessing that the rear speakers are connected to this so that when someone uses the rear headphone output the rear speakers are disabled. Does anyone have any suggestions as how I can get my stock rear speakers to work again without having to rewire them and without having to put the center console back in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how this works, but you will ahve to locate where the wires go to the speakers and where the wires come in from the deck, hook them all up.
Have you tried a search?
I know you are not the first person to bypass the rear stereo controls.
