Rear Sub speaker blown

I have a 1999 explorer eddie bauer abd I'm trying to remove the old speaker to replace but the damn thing just won't come out is there something holding it from the back and if so how do I remove it?

there is a screw in the back of the enclosure holding it in. You have to take the whole box out
