Rear Suspention Question

The leaf spring front hanger brackets on my 94 explorer sport are completly rusted out. I have heard that this is a common problem, but I cannot find replacements or repair kits at dealers, stores, salvage yards, or spring manufactures. Does anyone know what I could do?
