Your rear shocks may be bad. I just found out when I rotated my tires and the inside tread was much more worn than the outside tread. Took off the shocks and they were trashed and leaking
incorrect tire pressure or bad shocks shouldn't cause inside tread wear. i'd start with checking your leaf spring bushings and other mounting components. maybe even the 5th shock (whatever the heck that thing 's supposed to do).
Shocks are not going to cause wear on the inside only. Were they on the front before being on the back? About the only way a rear tire can wear on the inside only, is for an axle tube to be bent, unless they were on the front previously.
I am having all the tires rotated and the front end aligned tomorrow. I put new shocks on all four wheels and helper springs on the rear. I'll see what happens after the work tomorrow.
