Rear U joint fitment: Will greasable fit?

They are more expensive because they require no maintenance and are much stronger. I never use them, but they should fit fine.

OUTCOME: I went ahead and paid the extra bucks for the non-greasable u-joints. MOOG was all they had, $25 each. Original parts lasted over 280K miles, job was easy, and I serviced the slip joint while it was down, using that fancy blue PTFE Ford grease. So no complaints here all around.
