New to a 2017 PIU! Had a 2014 PIu and wire was under driver seat. Upfitters guide says nothing about rear windows connector. Need help thank you in advance

Wire is around driver's seat on the door jamb side. It's unplugged, with the plugs covered with foam tape. Remove tape...plug in. It's hidden under the vinyl flooring.

Both of mine were plugged in. The LR window works when it wants to, the RR window doesn't work at all. Has anyone had a similar issue? Or is there anything additional needed in Forscan?
