rear windows not going down

went to open rear windows on my '02 ex limited today..and nothing happened....they wont go down with master switch on drivers door...or with either switch on rear doors....fronts are still working.....is this a common prob....would like to get them working again...maybe its something simple...maybe not....any and all help appreciated

hey there, I have a 2003 explorer eddie bauer v8 with the EXACT same problem.... let me know if you come up with a solution or end up bringing it to the dealer so I can get an idea of what im looking at, id be more than happy to do the same for you.

Check for a broken wire inside the driver side rubber door boot. In the link below, look at posts #3 & #4, they should help you.
