Rear windows only roll up

Hi everyone. I’m new here. Joined because I need some help with a problem I’m having with my 2016 PIU.

My original search of the forum didn’t net me any results.

I connected the rear window switch bypass near the b pillar and got power to the rear switches. Curious thing is that they only roll up, not down. The master switch still has full control of all windows. Has anyone encountered this before? What are some possible fixes? Thanks!

Never heard of that issue. I'd start with basic troubleshooting. Make sure plug is secure, all wires going into the plugs all the way, stuff like that. If that doesn't work, maybe someone with more experience can chime in.

Last time I had an issue like this (only right rear window for me) it was a bad mater window switch. I took it apart and found it was broken inside. So just bought a new one and all was good.
