Rear Windshield wiper...not wiping?

So I got a problem with the rear windshield wiper. It doesn't wipe the entire windshield, just certain parts of it. It looks like the mechanical arm that is controlling the motion of the wiper fluctuates in height during its operation. Any idea on how to fix this? I included pics below.

Jk, what I did was just bend a little the wiper arm towards the glass and that did it
