Rear wiper arm won't come off..

2003 Explorer.

Trying to remove the rear wiper arm. Took plastic cover off the base of the arm, and then took the nut off that is holding the wiper arm on.

The wiper arm will not come off, tried pullin, prying etc..

Any ideas?

Used channel locks with a rag so I would not gouge the wiper arm and rocked the channel locks back and forth and the arm finally came off.
