It goes across and doesnt return sometimes 30 minutes. Shook wires tapped on everything, any ideas.

Rear wiper doesnt return

Yep...the carbon shaft from the motor to the wiper arm has sheared. This happened because the parking base, located on the rear panel, just below the rear window, developed a ridge that caused the arm to stop prematurely. This happened to me.
Solution: File the parking base down to eliminate the ridge. Get a reman motor and install it, or rebuild your existing motor with a new shaft.
