rear wiper

Hey guys my 98 x 5.0 rear wiper is t working. I replaced both relays first. Still nothing. Then replaced the motor and fnally had a rear wiper after years of not having one. Tested multiple times to ensure it worked. Well finally put a blade on it today and its not working again. Both relays are clicking when the switch is on. But nothing from the wiper. Any suggestions? Use a multimeter to see if there's juice getting to the motor when on. If so the motor went bad. If not then possibly a wire fault, fuse or breaker failed.
