I considered upgrading to the Pro-M 75mm last fall, but was originally advised not to by John V. when he was still at EE.
His main reason was that it would not offer me much to go to 75mm as my stock MAF is 70mm. Unless I just wanted to upgrade to what he felt was better electronics.
He felt that to go 80+ would also be pointless on my rig with only "stage II power parts". I assume he meant without a cam, heads, or un-natural aspiration.

Sorry to hijack the thread and I'm glad you are enjoying your new x-calibrator. Doug's a great guy to work with

Dougs a great tuner without question, but all the work we do can only be of benifit, long term ,with Dyno numbers.
Am certain Doug understands what I am saying, you cannot prove anything,be it MAFS, flashers, Chips, intakes, exhausts, Y-pipes, until you have baseline dyno numbers, than build and test.
You have all seen the B.S Numbers the manufactures state, it's all smoke and mirrors.
17 RWHP from a blackmagic E-Fan, 15-20 H.P from an open Intake, the list go's on and on and it's all B.S IMO.
I have spent alot of time, money and effort on the same Dynojet to prove my point with my mods.
As I have stated in the past, seat of the pants means nothing, a differant exhaust sound can skew what you percieve to feel.
I have posted my numbers and my graphs on this site on numorous occasions, yet those that spend major bux on mods and rave, have no proof other than what they feel.
That is not science.
I believe we have enough people on this site to dispell the Shams, and what really works to build real H.P. things that really work, in the real world.
sorry if you feel I am ranting,I hav to go to bed now, night all
