Hey guys,

Pretty simple question here (I think)

planning to recover my headliner/visors, but the sliding cover for the sunroof is also in need of a makeover. Can I get the piece off once the headliner is off? or how do you get it out?

any help would be appreciated

You'll need to drop the headliner to get the sunroof slider off.

The visors will also be a good challenge, they're fused together like a folded over sandwich. I'l suggest grabbing a spare pair from the junkyard to practice on and see the innards/process to get them apart before tearing into your only pair...

okay thanks, Yeah I was thinking about buying a second set just incase (because this will be my first time doing anything like this) I just hate payin the money for a nice headliner and not fixing the tore up sunroof slider

I hear ya there, I had fits when I cut a hole in my headliner to put my homelink module in. Trying to find a clean, non tore-up Saddle Tan headliner with a moonroof up here is next to impossible...

I plan to recover mine, I have the same color interior as you. I'm doing black headliner/carpet and black accents until I can afford to completely re-do the seats and all

The black carpeting on anything looks good with the contrast. Speaker grilles, etc. like I did in my SHO look good...

painting random interior parts is where I get lost, some look cheesy if not picked right, but hey- nobody can tell you what looks good in your ride- it's your car. I'm sure I've done some things that people say "huh?" when they see it. :)

I put black carpeting in my '88 Mustang racecar, and that looks much better to me. Nice contrast to the other black parts.

Terrible- the only interior pic I have is of the hatch section! Get the gist though... :D
