WHAT relays are near the battery? New starter solinoid but now clicking in realy but no start . help please

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. You might hear the fuel pump & PCM relays.
 






i do hear some clicking in the starter relay on the fender and also near the front fender there are some relays clicking what exactly are those relays for?
 






It's possible that you might need to boost the battery.
 






Yes, check your voltage. The important relays are in the PDB, not in those separate relay boxes.
