Can anyone recommend a good remote start installer in the Seattle, WA area? I usually do all of my own stereo installs, but the relays and wire splicing in the remote start install is beyond me and I don't trust places like CarToys.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

Merry Christmas! :us:

97 Ex.. Does it have Pats? If it doesn't, the install is REALLY simple.

best buy just did the wifes subie with a viper..all is good and they stand by their instillation as long as you own the car.

They use viper...I spent 525 for the 2 way paging model..it confirms the car started ..they claim a mile..really more like a 1/2 mile.
You can check the temp in the car even.

it would have been less then 300 but it took two extra modules to get by the ant-theft.

My Explorer doesn't have PATS, which is a blessing in this regard.

Unfortunately it seems like my air conditioning compressor may have gone out on me, so the remote start will have to wait. :thumbdwn: :(

Then I can help you install that alarm.. It's VERY simple.
Just a matter of running a bit of wire and tapping into connections.

I might be able to furnish the "wire, color, polarity, and location" info needed for installation, if DjDom doesn't have them.

PM me if you need me to look them up.

I've got them all, did my alarm install last winter.
I made it harder than it needed to be..
