remote start

just got a 03 eb in dec and i found a hood pin is there a way i can find if there is a remote start. or what is the sequence of buttens on the factory fob to make it start. and is there any way to stop the rear hatch to stop ratteling? thanks

my rear hatch was rattling when i bought my 02 eddie last week, took all the modling off put it back on and made sure every clip was clipped in, no more rattling
