remove rear wiper arm 94XLT for painting

I have 94 XLT i going to to paint the vehicle i removed the front wiper arms which was very easy i got the the back now i'm having a problem getting ther rear wiper arm off please help thank you!!!!!!

did you remove the nut?

Once the nut is off you need to "flatten" the part of the arm that attaches there.
Meaning...
The intention of the wiper arm is to have an arch to it. That is what gives it the presure to push down on the glass.
You need to relieve that pressure by pushing down on the knuckle ( hinge ) releaving the pressure. You might have to wobble it a bunch of times.

Some pop right off some you have to use some filthy langauge first.
