removing 2002 Explorer 4dr rear door panels

Can someone tell me if the rear door panels on the 2002 4dr Explorer still come off the same way as in earlier models ('01 and earlier), ie, do they still use the plastic clips that pop out with the panel?

I as well would be interested in how to remove the door panels on 2002 Explorers. You asked about removing the rear ones...did you figure out how to remove the front ones yet? I cannot find any screws anywhere on these doors for panel removal. I will keep you posted If I find out anything.
