Removing Aftermarket Cell Antenna

How do I go about removing one of those aftermarket Radio Shack cell phone antennas that are on the windows with sticky stuff? Basically it has a bug on the inside stuck to the window, and on the outside the antenna is stuck... So how can I remove this VERY sticky and seemingly on forever piece of useless metal (since I switched to a Nokia digital phone, it is useless)... Thanks guys.

Some Zaino Glass Polish or Goo Gone should take care of any residue also.

Calculus huh?? I barely got a C in that class. I'm happy b/c I never paid attention in that class. It's because of the teacher. The monotone voice of hers can really put you to sleep. Dead Link Removed Anyways...I used WD-40 to take the sticky stuff off.
