Removing door panel, how to unhook window wires

I am trying to remove the door panel on the drivers door. I took off the plastic peice behind the handle, then I popped off the window buttons peice, but I can't figure out to detach the wires. I know its just a wire harness, so I assume you just have to push it in and pull. I tried to push very hard (so heard I actually cut my finger) and wiggle it out, but it didn't work. Any ideas? This is the only think stopping me from replacing my blown out speaker

There is a tab on one side of the connector. I found easier if I push the tab in with my thumbnail while using a large flathead to carefully pry the connector from the socket.

Adding this is a pic of the connector for the back door, front is the same.
