Removing Hatch Key Cylinder

So I got my parts truck, and the PCM and keys all seem to be here and accounted for. I'd like to know how bad removing the rear hatch key cylinder is? I want to pull the PCM and keys etc. for a spare set, plus I'm going to be listing this hatch online so I don't want to trash my extra V8 PCM set by having a random key out there to MY truck.

I know I have removed one or two in the junkyard. I think it was tight quarters in there, but I just broke/bent whatever that was in my way
