I have four O2 sensors, right? If I remove my rear cats, will that eliminiate the rear O2 sensors? If so, what do I do about that?

...so you want help breaking the law?

I believe you will find the rear cats on a 5.0 are located behind the rear O2 sensors. Removing them should not trigger any codes. With that said, it is still illegal to remove the rear converters. But most states just look to see if you have converters. If you do, they're happy. But that isn't what federal law says so keep that in mind if you go to sell it.

Simulators are a hit and miss. Some work great...others don't. Use a tune and be sure. But you shouldn't need either in this case.

You're right, the O2 sensors are before the rear cats. The O2 sensors won't have to be removed.

I removed my rear cats when I put in my 4406 t-case did not have to touch the o2s

do you have to cut the pipe to get the cats off or can you undo the flange and smash them out without cutting anything?
