Which O2 sensors should I go with?

I have a 97 XLT with headers, 1 factory cat and a flowmaster with 2 1/4" piping. Which O2 sensors would be best to replace mine - which as far as I know are original? Is there one in particular better for fuel economy/power?

I use bosh o2 sensor or whatever my local autoparts place sells..

Bosch is the only I use in any of my vehicles.

Good enough.. thats what my local parts supplyer has. Didnt know if there was a specific that would be better to use. thanks for the responses!

There are some aftermarket racing ones but for your setup some Bosch standard will work just fine.

I think factory Ford are Bosch IIRC. Could be wrong though.
