Removing the Emblem

I got a 93 Ford Explorer 2-door XL. I want to take the Explorer and Ford emblem off the back of my truck. Do you all know if there are holes behind the emblem? It looks like it's just the sticky stuff, but I dont wanna take if off and find holes are behind the emblem. Thanks.
