Removing Unwanted AC compressor and hardware

I would like to remove my AC system from my 1992 Explorer with the 4.0 pushrod motor. Has any one done this if so how is this done? Do I just remove everything and get a non AC fan belt? What do I do with the tube ends that connect to AC hoses? Any suggestions...

without a/c

Leave it on man.. I took mine off when I rebuilt my motor last year and every time it gets hot I wish I would have left it on
