Removing Windows Plz Help!

I got the corner panel off and the switches and everything. I just need to remove the actuall window from the door. Its held on by two black heavy duty clip things filled with hot clue it apears. Anyone know how the window comes out of this??

I've never done this or looked at the inner workings of the window (thank god I haven't had to). Would it make sense for you to heat the glue?

I believe you are talking about the pop rivets. You have to drill it out and replace it with new ones. I've done this on another car but not an Explorer.

Tried heating the glue.. Those suckers are on there lol

I think ill have to drill out the existing screw thing because there no nut or anything to take it off.
