I'm trying to remove the window glass from the regulator but there are two circular nuts holding it in. Any ideas on how to get those circular nuts off? The Haynes manual doesn't provide any info. Also, I'm removing the glass because my driver's side window stopped going up and down although the motor is still working. Any ideas on what is wrong?

I talked to a glass shop and the circles you are referring to are rivets. I think the only way is to drill them out?

.
Yep, rivots. Nice of Ford to use them instead of bolt/nuts. I get to do that fun tomorrow. Looking for any tips/suggestions on the whole regulator replacement job. (Jeep guy)
