Repainting my grille, might have an original idea...

My grille and some other parts look a little tired so I'm gunna give 'em a fresh shot of satin black. I have an idea for the grille, couldn't find any pics where someone else had done it before. Here's what it would look like (I only have paint, no photoshop)

You could always just paint in-between the chrome like I did. I've been happy with the results

Our landlord wanted it gone, it's been sagging for years and wasn't usable anymore. My dad came over and started tearing it down but hasn't finished it. It'll probably get burned up before too long...
