replace ball joints and what eles at same time?

ok long story short
my truck
92 X
121,500 miles

my friend is getting me a hook up from his buddy who works at a local FORD dealership.

he said he would install new all new ball joints plus any other parts i would like replaced that in that general area for $150.

what other parts in the ball joint area should i consider having replaced while i have the chance?

You better jump all over that cheap labor,also do your wheel bearings,axel u-joints,and radius arms.That should keep him busy

i did the wheel bearings last year.

i thought i read about something i would need to replace if its the first i'm i'm changing the ball joints, the part name excapes me at the moment.
