Depends... On the passenger side, if you have a 2-piece arm, you can replace just the outer half of it. On the driver's side, you need the whole upper arm.
Most people now seem to recommend the Moog 1-piece upper arms. They make two models, one with one-time-use joints, and another with replaceable joints. Personally, I would have gone with the 1-piece uppers with replaceable joints, but they only had the outer half with the replaceable joint when I went to get them...
I kind of like the two piece idea Joe. I like the extra adjustment available that way. But definitely get the replaceable joint. The benefit to using the one piece would be new UCA bushings would get replaced at the same time.

There's no extra adjustment with the two-piece arm, it's just easier for the techs to do the alignment, that's all. Instead of having to jockey the adjustment cams around to adjust the caster angle with the one-piece arm, they just tweak the caster on the arm itself. They still need to adjust the camber just like they would normally.
