Replacement nerf bars for 2000 Sport?

Can't seem to find any online for a 2000 Explorer Sport. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but the sites I checked either didn't have them, or had them only for 2001 and newer models (or for 4 door models.)

The original Ford bars on my truck are badly rusted, so I'm looking for something that will mount the same way, or at least go on easily. Any ideas where to get replacements?
